The Treasure In Turks-Sophisticated Sun Tans

Hey lovelies! Your girl Diva recently took a vacation to the islands of Turks and Caicos, and she’s here to give you the play by slay. Of course sun and sand weren’t the only things on the top of the priories list, but it was certainly well received. The place just has a way of making even the middle of the week feel like a weekend getaway. 

Though the flight out there might not be much of a bother for most – at least not for those flying from the New York area, it’s about 3 1/2 to 4 hours – some patience will be needed upon arrival. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is a bit on the smaller side, so deplaning and making your way through customs can prove to be slightly time consuming. But once you’re through, you might have a hard time wanting to go back home by the end of the trip.

HER STAY. . .

For her trip, Diva enjoyed private luxury transportation back and forth to her Penthouse Suite over at the Zenza Hotel. The room, itself, is simply amazing. Featuring two private balconies, one with a jacuzzi and both with a gorgeous view of the Turtle Cove Marina, a King sized bed, and other welcoming highlights, it’s  definitely made for a lavish stay. There were a few mishaps in regards to the availability of certain necessities, but the hotel’s staff more than made up for it with their top-notch service. 

What really caught Diva by surprise during her time away is Turks’ variety for Nightlife entertainment. For such a passive feeling location, there certainly were some notable options. Diva spent both nights of her stay at the Shisha Lounge in the Grace Bay Area, which honestly felt more like a night club with its extensive space, VIP sections, live DJ and just as lively crowd. 

Now, For The Slay. . .

Now let’s get into the highlight of this mini vacation – The Shoot and The Fashion and darlings…It Was Giving!!!

Fashion and fun combined for an unforgettable experience over at The Looking Glass WaterSports and Adventures. Diva was, of course, serving grace in her FENDI Fr LOGO GRADIENT SUNGLASSES with her matching FENDI REVERSIBLE ONE PIECE SWIMSUIT ensemble. And we mean, absolutely serving!

It was a cute experience overall, and the concept of utilizing a drone was literally everything, though there were some inconveniences that extended the shoot a bit longer than she expected. The Photographer didn’t particularly care for the amount of seaweed surrounding Diva’s boat – not the best sight for stunning vacation photos. But, the job got done.

Also, a little tip for all of the beautiful darlings who want to experience a shoot but may find themselves dealing with a case of camera shyness. Just know that your photographer will patiently guide you through the entire process step by step. Diva has 2 guaranteed tips to be comfortable in the sun while you slay away: always wear sunscreen, and hunny bring your best designer frames.
